1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Once your order is placed, we typically begin processing within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm PST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
If any items are back-ordered or require special sourcing, we will notify you via email within 24 hours.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping

Rate: $5-$25 depending on weight

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing (i.e., 4–9 business days from order placement)

Applies to all 50 U.S. states (except territories)

Free shipping is available on orders over $100
Expedited Shipping

Rate: $5-$25 depending on weight

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after processing

Available at checkout where applicable
3. International Shipping
We currently do not ship to the following countries: Any country outside of US.

Shipping rates and duties/taxes: Calculated at checkout (or note that customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance)

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Some remote or restricted regions may be excluded; if your region cannot be serviced, you’ll be notified during order placement.
4. Local Delivery / Pick-Up (if applicable)
For customers located in the Port Townsend, WA (US) local region:

Same-day or next-day local delivery may be available for orders placed by 3pm.

Free or discounted delivery for “locals” (e.g., within 98368)

In-store or curbside pick-up: Order online and select pick-up at checkout; we’ll send a notification when your order is ready.
5. Tracking & Shipping Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that to follow your parcel’s progress.

6. Delays, Shipping Interruptions & Force Majeure
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply-chain disruptions, holidays or peak volume. In such cases we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
We are not liable for delays or non-deliveries caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, transportation holds, incorrect address entered by customer).
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it; once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Items returned after delivery also follow the conditions set in our returns policy (e.g., must be unused, in original packaging, within 30 days).
